These are the worst types of moves - where position sizing is key - because there was no price blow-off to indicate the time to sell. When price breaks, the market makers will ignore all orders until they decide to let you off the hook - if you are caught long, take what you can get. Remember, once the game is over, it is really over... You may get a temporary bounce, but very rarely before at least two good panic thrusts down.
