Oh cool! Do well with your once a day stock picks (priced at the close) and maybe you can win a 2006 Maserati GranSport if you have the highest portfolio value in a month! Problem is, by the first day of trading, some users already had their $1,000,000 fantasy portfolios valued at $1.3 million+ - a week later the top player is at $1.75 million! Hmmm... Seems a little fishy to me. Trading on Insider Information may be illegal, but for a fantasy portfolio, I guess to some degree anything goes. Also be careful trying to enter orders too near the close. It seems so many other players are all trying to do the same thing that their website drops dead and NO ONE can get into their accounts to make changes. So be sure to get your trades in by 3pm or so or risk having them priced by the next day's close (without a chance to cancel) if you enter them after 4pm.
In order to level the playing field, we figured we would give you a helpful little boost. We'll try and level the playing field for you a bit by giving you our own bit of "Insider Information" - in the form of some insight into the answers to the Daily "Bonus Bucks". Be sure to check back here daily for updates!
