I entered the wrong tymoraPRO UserID! How can I change it?

Solution

If you are having problems with your tymoraPRO UserID, please double-check the following:

1. Did you use your website login ID instead of your tymoraPRO UserID?

2. Did you confuse "O" (OH) with a "0" (zero) in the UserID?

* If you need to change the UserID you entered into tymoraPRO, you can do so by either:

  • Double-clicking the "UserID" text on the Login Window will unlock the UserID box.
  • OR, on tymoraPRO's HELP -> Config screen, change the "UserID" field to your new ID, and click "SAVE CONFIG".

You must also subscribe to a DataFeed for use with tymoraPRO. If you only need forex data, register for a free Dukascopy demo account, and you can use these quotes with tymoraPRO by setting Dukascopy as the data source on the HELP -> Config page.
